  • You must be at least 18 years old to activate at our service. If under 18, parental or guardian consent is needed, and their credit card must be used.
  • A valid credit card (Canadian or international) and two IDs are required for online activation

We operate under both 4G and 5G networks, depending on the plan.

You can make a payment with credit card, Visa Debit or Debit Mastercard by using rogers.com or Myrogers app.

You can also set up pre-authorized credit card and debit card on rogers.com or Myrogers app.

You can use an eSIM if you are on a Rogers mobile plan and have an eSIM compatible device: Enter *#06# on your keypad to see a list of your device information. If you see EID in the list, then your device is eSIM compatible.

  1. Sign in to MyRogers.
  2. Locate the mobile number in question and select Manage.
  3. Review the My plan details section to see if long distance is covered.

We have short term plans and long term plans.

Postpaid (long term) $35/75GB, $40/100GB

Prepaid (short term) $35/70GB for 30 days, $75/75GB for 90days

  • It can take one or two billing cycles (one billing cycle is 30 days) for your first pre-authorized payment to be withdrawn.
  • To avoid late fees, make a one-time payment for any balance due while the new payment method is being processed.
